LeadPro ("we," "us," or "our") operates useleadpro.net and the LeadPro application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including:
- Account registration details (name, email address, business name, phone number)
- Billing information processed securely through Stripe
- Business and lead data you enter or import into the platform
- Communications you send to us
We also collect certain information automatically when you use our service, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and usage patterns, via standard server logs and analytics.
2. Google Calendar Integration
If you choose to connect your Google Calendar, LeadPro requests access to read and write calendar events solely for the purpose of scheduling appointments on your behalf. Specifically:
- We use OAuth 2.0 to obtain your authorization — we never see or store your Google password.
- We store only the access token and refresh token needed to perform calendar operations you authorize.
- We create, update, and read calendar events only as directed by you or your configured scheduling rules.
- We do not share your Google Calendar data with any third party except as required to operate the service (e.g., Google's own APIs).
- You may disconnect your Google Calendar at any time from your account settings, which revokes our access.
Our use of Google Calendar data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3. SMS Communications
If you opt in to SMS alerts during signup, we collect and process your mobile phone number to send transactional alerts related to your LeadPro account. These alerts include new lead notifications, booking confirmations, missed call recovery, and account activity.
- We use your mobile number only to send the alerts you opted in to receive.
- We do not share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes.
- We do not use SMS data or message content for advertising.
- We retain timestamped records of your consent (date, IP address, user agent) for compliance with TCPA and CTIA requirements.
You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. For more information about the SMS program, see our Terms of Service.
We use Twilio as our SMS service provider. Twilio's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and improve the LeadPro service
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To send transactional emails (appointment confirmations, alerts) you have requested
- To respond to support requests
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Data Sharing
We share your information only with:
- Supabase — our database and authentication provider
- Stripe — for payment processing
- Google — for Calendar integration (only when you connect your account)
- Resend — for transactional email delivery
- Twilio — for SMS message delivery and inbound message processing
- Anthropic — to power AI scheduling features (conversation context only, no PII beyond what is needed for the interaction)
All service providers are contractually required to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@useleadpro.net.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption in transit and encrypted storage for sensitive credentials. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
LeadPro is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
