Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using LeadPro ("Service") operated by LeadPro, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.

2. Description of Service

LeadPro is an AI-powered scheduling and lead management platform for contractors. The Service includes AI call handling, appointment booking, Google Calendar integration, lead scoring, and related features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@useleadpro.net if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Stripe.
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on the applicable billing cycle.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion.
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of new pricing.
• Free trials automatically convert to paid plans at the end of the trial period unless cancelled.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
• Transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing content through the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
• Use the Service to collect or store personal data in violation of applicable privacy laws

6. SMS Program — LeadPro Lead Alerts

Program name: LeadPro Lead Alerts

Description: Transactional SMS alerts about new leads captured by your AI phone agent or chat widget, booking confirmations, missed call recovery, and account activity. Messages are sent to the mobile number you provide at signup, after you opt in.

Message frequency: Varies based on your lead volume. Typically 1 to 10 messages per week.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard rates from your mobile carrier apply to all messages sent and received.

HELP — For help with the SMS program, reply HELP to any message or email hello@useleadpro.net.

STOP — To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a final confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. To resubscribe later, reply START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box at signup, you confirm that you are the subscriber or the customary user of the mobile number, and you authorize LeadPro to send you SMS messages as described above.

7. Google Calendar Integration

When you connect Google Calendar, you authorize LeadPro to access and manage your calendar events for scheduling purposes. You may disconnect at any time. Our use of Google Calendar data is governed by our Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy.

8. Your Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you. You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, and content (excluding your data), is owned by LeadPro, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEADPRO, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeadPro, Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings or by emailing hello@useleadpro.net. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance.
